Chest: Full circumference around the chest, measured at the widest point.

Shirt Length: From the highest point of the shoulder (near the collar) down to the bottom hem.

How to Wash

• Flip it inside out: This protects the print, name, and number from rubbing against other clothes.
• Wash in cold water (max 30°C / 86°F): Use a gentle cycle. Cold water prevents fading, shrinkage, and damage to the polyester fabric.
• Keep spin speed low: Set your washing machine to under 800 RPM to avoid stretching the fabric.
• Use mild liquid detergent: Avoid bleach and powder detergents. Use a reduced amount for best results.
• Skip fabric softener: Softeners can block the breathability of the polyester and trap odors.
• Wash with similar colors: Avoid washing with heavy items like jeans, towels, or clothing with zippers.

How to Dry

• Air dry only: Hang it up or lay it flat to dry naturally. Our polyester fabric dries quickly.
• Do NOT use a dryer: Never put the jersey in the tumble dryer — this can damage the fabric and print.
• Do NOT iron: The material is designed to stay smooth without ironing.
